A shared barbecue and outdoor dining area are available to every guest.

Each apartment comes with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a private entrance and tile or marble floors, along with linens, wardrobes, a dressing area, extra long beds, mosquito nets, an iron, a clothes rack and a drying rack. The kitchen or kitchenette holds a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, dining table, cleaning products and a tea and coffee maker, while the private bathroom provides free toiletries, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and a bath or shower. Living areas include a seating and dining area with a flat-screen TV, cable and satellite channels and streaming services, and the outdoor space brings a balcony or terrace with a patio, outdoor furniture and access to the barbecue. Families are welcome, with fold-up beds, baby safety gates and child safety socket covers available on request. All apartments are non-smoking and the upper floors are reached by stairs only.
